Commissioning (Cx) is the process of verifying that designated systems within a newly constructed building achieve the owner’s project performance requirements and/or certification program and regulatory compliance. The scope of commissioning can include mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and life-safety equipment and controls as well as physical components such as the exterior envelope. Cyclone Energy Group provides all levels of Measurement and Verification services, including LEED Fundamental and Enhanced Commissioning.

Energy Modeling, also known as Building Performance Simulation (BPS), uses sophisticated software to create a virtual model to predict the energy performance of a building. Models can be used to evaluate comparative design scenarios, demonstrate certification program and regulatory compliance, and support research initiatives and consulting studies.

cyFLY is our DJI Matrice 300 RTK commercially licensed drone. This powerful aircraft can fly high-accuracy routes, both outside and inside your building, taking high-resolution photographs and video. Our team of licensed and trained pilots navigate the drone to support envelope commissioning, building leak detection, building surveys, imaging of roofs and inaccessible areas, project photography and videography, as well as 3D imaging. cyFLY can be used for buildings over 1,000 feet tall.
