This building, the tallest residential-only building in Chicago, is comprised of 67-stories, 69 condominium units, and 280 apartment units and include sweeping views of Lake Michigan. One Bennett Park also features a 1.7-acre park designed by the famed Michael Van Valkenburgh, the designer of Maggie Daley park and The 606 in Chicago.Cyclone provided LEED energy modeling services during the design phase and provided fundamental and enhanced commissioning services through the construction and first year of occupancy of the building.
